Linked to the redevelopment of John Harvey House and completing Phase 1, a stylish and environmentally sustainable new building called Dowren House was also completed in 2004.
Working in partnership with Penwith District Council, Hayle Town Council, English Heritage, SWERDA, Cornwall County Council and the Prince's Regeneration Trust this project was built utilising the European Structural Fund Objective 1.
This building provides 8,000 sq.ft of business space for start up and small to medium sized business; it has enabled 17 businesses to develop and created 90 jobs.

Patients are normally prescribed warfarin to reduce the tendency of their blood to clot and require frequent blood tests to determine their International Normalised Ratio (INR - a measure of how quickly the blood clots compared to a person not taking warfarin).
